A Thought for Today
During this time that I am at home, I have decided to reach out and try to help those who need a friend and companion along this journey. This a scary and difficult time for so many. Maybe, with a little kindness, I can offer even a small glimmer of hope, understanding, opportunity and action. If I can do that, then it will be worth sharing my thoughts.

If you find the today’s thought useful, please pass it on to someone you care about. Share your own thoughts and feelings during this crisis. Try to make the world a better place even as we deal with all the human costs involved. Doing so may just make you smile, hope, and care a little bit more.
Work from Home Day 1
Sadness and what I miss: I miss my old life already – and my new life has just started. What do I miss most? The people I will not see in person today and tomorrow and the rest of the days into my immediate future. A crisis can wake us up. It can tell us what we truly value. What do I truly value? I value the amazing people that are in my life! And, these wonderful, kind, and vibrant people will not be in my actual presence – for now. Yesterday, I called, texted, and emailed more people than I can remember doing any other day. Why? I already miss them dearly.

Lesson to Learn: I will use this crisis to examine what truly matters to me.

Answer for Me: I truly value the amazing people in my life.

Action: Make a list of all the people I truly love and value in my life.

Daily Habit: Call and talk to at least one person I love and value today.
What are your thoughts today? Feel free to share by responding to this email.

Be calm. Stay safe. Carry on.
