Shabbat Morning Service
Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNJCC 3rd floor chapel 
Saturday, April 6, 2019
10:30 a.m.

Rabbi Goldberg will lead, with Paula Wolfson as cantorial soloist.

We thank Tom Philip for chanting the Torah parsha and delivering the d'var Torah at this service.

All children are welcome in the chapel. For those ages three to six, there is also childcare down the hall,  with fun activities, crafts and stories.

A kiddish lunch will follow the service in room 318.

We thank Vered Philip and Ada Neznamov for sponsoring the kiddish this month in honour of their son, Tom Philip, chanting the Torah portion this month.

Shir Libeynu Choir

The Shir Libeynu choir will be getting together on Tuesday, April 9 at 7:00 p.m.

Anyone who would like to sing is welcome; no previous experience or Hebrew knowledge is required.

2 for Seder is an annual event encouraging those holding a Passover Seder to invite two non-Jewish friends or acquaintances who have never attended one. The event is inspired by the loss of Joyce Feinberg in the Pittsburgh synagogue shooting. She grew up in Toronto and attended Holy Blossom Temple.
