Celebrating the Promise
A fun time was had by all at Family Promise's volunteer appreciation event, Celebrating the Promise! In honor of our wonderful volunteers, we gathered to celebrate their hard work, thoughtfulness, and support for the families and individuals we serve together. It was a beautiful day at our day center in Morris Plains, and attendees enjoyed live music, games, delicious food, heartwarming words from guest speakers, and the company of fellow volunteers, program graduates, and staff.
Thank you to our guest speakers, Assemblywoman Aura Dunn and Family Promise graduate, Terrell! Thank you Morris Music Men and Very Vacants for the super fun music! A big thanks to our sponsors: Bouchedid Foundation, Larry Ragonese, and Don Stahl. Thank you also to all of our hard-working helpers, including the Sheriff's Explorers!

PBF Energy
Since 2018, PBF Energy has supported Family Promise of Morris County through volunteerism, donations, and more. Their dedication to our mission is much appreciated!
Over the years, PBF has provided vital assistance to our agency. Their many donations, ranging from toiletries and diapers to food and grocery store gift cards, have supported thousands of Family Promise guests. Last year, PBF even sponsored our first annual Homebound Hustle 5K, which was integral to the event’s success in raising funds for our agency’s programming.
Most recently, PBF began a series of beautification service projects at our Day Center. Volunteers cleaned out our kitchen, organized donations, planted flowers throughout our grounds, and spruced up our guest meditation garden and furniture just in time for our volunteer appreciation event, Celebrating the Promise.
Thank you, PBF, for your incredible support and hard work!
