Whew, we made it through the darkest part of winter! In our part of the world, the sun is now setting after 5 pm again, and it has definitely been a mood booster. For many of us, we are also deep in seed catalog season when we plan for and dream about the warmer months to come. This month, we also had a visit from a Senator. Read more about it below!

Noel and Judy are on "sabbatical" again, so no recipe this month. We'll share a new one with you next time.

Earlier this month, Senator Tammy Baldwin visited us to discuss Wisconsin manufacturing and country-of-origin labeling laws. Currently, online sellers are not required to not disclose where the products they're selling are made. Senator Baldwin is seeking to change that.
Andy's Photo Corner
Last month, we took a family trip to México City (CDMX) to visit with some of the Valdés relatives whom we hadn't seen in several years. We stayed in the Coyoacán neighborhood in the southern part of the city. Coyoacán is vibrant and colorful, with delightful historical architecture and plazas. I love the tree canopies on the streets and parks. My first trip to México City was eight years ago, and I didn't realize just how impressed I would be by it. It's well worth a visit!
