Welcome our new Director, Katrina Ireland-Bilodeau.
The Trustees are delighted to announce the appointment of Katrina Ireland-Bilodeau as the new Director of the Grafton Public Library. Katrina has over 12 years of library experience, most recently serving as Assistant Library Director at the Ashland Public Library. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to fostering strong, positive relationships with staff, patrons, Town administration, and community organizations.
Katrina’s expertise includes many aspects of library operations—from managing the Children’s Department and Youth Services to overseeing budgets, ARIS reporting, unionized staff, collection development, facility support, and policy review. Her well-rounded experience and collaborative spirit make her an ideal leader for our library’s next chapter.
