We are pleased to announce that Katharine “Katy” Murphy has been promoted to Order Entry and Estimating Lead in our Customer Service Department.
In this expanded dual role, Katy will continue to shine as a skilled estimator while stepping up to lead and support our outstanding customer service team.

Since joining us in 2022, Katy has been the go-to resource for estimating and customer service inquiries—both for colleagues and customers. With a remarkable memory for specifications and a sharp eye for detail, she has consistently led the charge on order inquiries and played a key role in training new team members.
Katy’s readiness to take on greater responsibility as Order Entry Lead speaks volumes about the energy and passion she brings to her work every day. We’re thrilled to celebrate this well-deserved promotion!
