WINE WORKSHOP
 as we explore the
"New Style of Napa Wines"

Matthew Laconis wine maker for Brick & Mortar Wines in Healdsburg, CA is changing America's most famous wine region. They produce Old world style, balanced wines that are bright and structured with low/moderate alcohol and distinct site characteristics.  They produce  a highly-acclaimed rosé as well as two unique blends of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, both picked the same day from the same two vineyards, comprised of the exact same blend percentage between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay - one as a white wine (Vin Clair) and one as a red wine (Vin Rubis).
Join us to experience the lineup of 6 gorgeous wines from Brick & Mortar.

The workshop will be hosted at Loomis Cellars which is Palm Beach's new and exciting private wine storage club. The beautiful facility offers members individual wine cellars with state-of-the art temperature and humidity controls. Members can also enjoy wine tastings and outstanding delivery services including a corporate aircraft to the Bahamas and other island deliveries.
