Dear Fellow Skålleagues,

With much enthusiasm and pride, I am running for the office of Vice President of Public Relations/Communications for Skål International USA. With more than 25 years experience as a travel, tourism and hotel industry publicist, our business has been my business. Working with travel journalists nationally and internationally, I promote travel and tourism entities including hotels and resorts, destinations, attractions, tourism boards, and travel companies. I am also a long-time active member of the Society of American Travel Writers (SATW) and regularly attend the organization's conferences and conventions and engage with travel writers and travel publicists to find out what is on the cutting edge of travel and the latest travel trends.

I am poised and ready to promote Skål USA as a leading travel industry organization whose professional members make a difference every day in what they do in their businesses and with one another.

An active and engaged member of Skål International Orlando since 2011, I have also been a board member and Public Relations Chair of the club since 2013. Additionally, I have assisted Skål USA in the last year while serving on a website and promotions committee and conducting a public relations webinar.

While continuing to make a difference in my own club, I am ready to take my skills and determination to the next level and serve all clubs through Skål International USA.
