DEAD BONES WILL RISE AGAIN
There was a prophet in the Old Testament named Ezekiel who was undoubtedly one of the most unique prophets of all time. He received incredible visions and supernatural encounters including transportations. Throughout his ministry, Ezekiel was also called to judge, rebuke and call God's people to repentance.
In the book of Ezekiel chapter 1, he had an extraordinary vision. He saw the heavens opening and a whirlwind coming out of the north. This whirlwind was no ordinary storm, as it was accompanied by a great cloud with raging fire and a bright light radiating from it, appearing as the color amber.
He saw four living creatures in the likeness of a man. Each one of them had four faces and four wings. Their legs were straight, their feet were like calves' feet, and they sparkled like the color of burnished bronze" Ezekiel described this phenomenal experience as the Lord opened his eyes in the seer realm.
In our modern world, the role of a Seer Prophet is more important than ever before. If Ezekiel was alive today, he would face many challenges ministering in today’s denominations because of his high level revelatory gift. That’s so unfortunate because that is the insight that is needed for us to navigate through times of great oppression.
In Ezekiel chapter 37, he had an encounter where the Lord transported him into a valley of dry bones. The original translation says that the Lord told him to walk through and around the dead bones. The Lord then asked him, “Could these bones live?” He told him to prophesy to the bones that they will live.
Ezekiel prophesied as the Lord asked, and suddenly there was a rattling sound, the skin and the bones came together, but there was still no breath. Then He told him to prophesy to the “breath.” He did as the Lord requested, and breath suddenly entered into the bodies and they stood up, an exceedingly mighty army.
Jesus wants to resurrect those of you who are spiritually dead. He says to those who have lost hope, “It’s time to live again”. He wants to infuse you with new insight. You’ve had a desire to be used in supernatural gifts as you read about the prophets of old. He put that desire in your heart, and would love to fulfill it. .
The Lord says; I am the resurrection and the life. I am the God who raises the dead and creates new life. I am opening the graves so that you may live again. I recreate bodies that are dead and lifeless. Those of you who said; “My hope is cut off”, I say to you: “You shall live and not die and declare My word”
I now loose you from the death sentence that has attached itself to you, and will bring you into a life of victory. Don’t allow your present situations to take you into spiritual atrophy. I will refresh those areas that are parched and dry, resuscitate those areas that are lifeless, and resurrect that which is dead.
Flesh will come upon you, and sinews will materialize. The breath of My anointing will fill you once again and quicken your mortal bodies. Those who feel as if My glory has departed, My Spirit will quicken you once again. My glory will flow through you once again. I will breathe the “Ruach” that will restore life to you says the Lord.
Ezekiel 37: 1 – 5
“The hand of the Lord came upon me and brought me out in the Spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley; and it was full of bones. Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold, there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry. And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?” So I answered, “O Lord God, You know.” Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! Thus says the Lord God to these bones: “Surely I will cause breath to enter into you, and you shall live.”
Ezekiel 37:12-14
“Therefore prophesy and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: “Behold, O My people, I will open your graves and cause you to come up from your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves. I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,” says the Lord.'”
