Dear Friend,

A little about what is on everyone's mind - the corona virus. Concerns about business continuity come to mind at times like this, and Turnstone is committed to full transparency. We are a custom home builder and renovator. We do not own land or build speculative homes. Our current book of projects in progress or under contract is the STRONGEST IT HAS EVER BEEN, with enough volume under way or under contract to keep us busy for the foreseeable future, and a very strong pipeline of new prospects. We will, of course, watch trends in business activity closely and react decisively if necessary. Our finance team is as experienced and capable as any custom builder in our market. Now more than ever you need a builder with staying power, and Turnstone is well positioned to prosper during this period of uncertainty. This too shall pass!

I hope you enjoy the March newsletter!

Caribbean Lagoons Without The Caribbean
Lagoon living isn't exclusive to vacations anymore. Now, you can live in a community that feels like a Caribbean Resort! Will this trend come to Sussex County? We think it's only a matter of time.
