Good morning !

As we reflect on 2025, one thing is abundantly clear: it has been an absolutely incredible year at the WORTH Center.

Success like this doesn’t happen by accident and it doesn’t happen alone.
You don’t win for people; you win with people. Every milestone we reached this year was made possible by the dedicated, passionate individuals who show up every day committed to excellence and service. We are deeply thankful for our entire staff and the collective effort that made this year so successful.

We earned a 100% score on our ACA audit, a significant achievement that required discipline, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. A huge accomplishment for a year defined by progress, accountability, and impact.

Our residents reached meaningful milestones in education and workforce readiness throughout the year. In 2025, 10 residents earned their High School Equivalency Diplomas, while 50 GED tests were successfully passed. Workforce training remained a major focus, with 82 HVAC certifications, 5 Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications, 77 ServSafe Manager certifications, and 165 Microsoft and technology certifications earned by residents. Providing them with tangible, in-demand skills to support long-term success after release.

As an organization, we made intentional improvements designed to strengthen reentry outcomes. We revamped our Aftercare Program with a strong emphasis on vocational pathways, including VR, automotive, HVAC, AI, forklift, and electrical certifications, while also prioritizing barrier removal.

Our team worked diligently to assist residents in obtaining driver’s licenses, state IDs, birth certificates, GEDs, and support with court costs, removing common obstacles that often hinder successful reentry. In addition, we implemented our Pep Talk Program and Last 30-Day Transition Program, reinforcing critical preparation during the final phase before release.

Several major capital projects were successfully completed this year, including the installation of new windows throughout the facility and the completion of a full plumbing replacement. We also upgraded our internet and phone systems, further enhancing daily operations for both residents and staff.

Community engagement and spiritual growth were also central to our work in 2025. We were honored to host former NBA All-Star Antoine Walker, who spoke to residents, and welcomed Senator Susan Manchester for a visit and tour of the facility. Spiritually, we completed four quarterly baptisms, with approximately 200 individuals baptized over the course of the year. Powerful moments of renewal and transformation.

We also continued impactful partnerships and programming, including CLEAN, Second Chance University, and Made To Be Free, reinforcing our belief that lasting change happens when individuals are supported holistically.

Together, we're building something meaningful. It is our responsibility to work collectively to make the reentry process as seamless, effective, and beneficial as possible, for both the individual and the community they return to.

Thank you for your continued support, partnership, and belief in this mission. We are incredibly grateful and we look forward with confidence and excitement to an even stronger 2026.
