Quick Health Tips From A-Z  First 3
D – Vitamin D – helps with arthritis pain, autoimmune disease, cardio vascular disease, cancer and contributes to bone health.

E – Exercise – a must do for everyone at least 10 minutes a day.  There are plenty of choices on You tube or in heath magazines to get your Fit On. At least walk!!

F – FAT is key to good health including the health of your brain.  Eat healthy fats including olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, and nuts.

G – GMO foods.  Don't eat Genetically Modified Foods which are linked to numerous health hazards.  Most foreign countries prohibit GMO foods. Watch Consumed on Netflix
