2021 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid
Priced at $35,345, the 2021 Crosstrek Hybrid is the most efficient version of the versatile compact SUV, delivering an EPA-rated 35 MPG/90 MPGe and 480-mile total range.

The Hybrid features Subaru StarDrive® Technology, which uniquely integrates electric motors, a 2.0-liter direct-injection SUBARU BOXER® engine, Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, and Lineartronic CVT
The 2021 Crosstrek Hybrid receives a redesigned front bumper and fog light trim. Also updated is the hexagonal grille featuring a silver metallic wing with blue accent. The compact SUV’s suspension has been retuned, featuring coils and dampers optimized for better ride, handling, and steering response. Offered in a single trim with an option package, the Crosstrek Hybrid will be arriving soon.

Oakham Brewing Estate
We're keeping an eye on the weather. Oakham Farm Estate (80 Lake Road Brookfield, MA) has created some great socially-distant winter adventures. Book their wagon or sleigh (weather-permitting*) for up to 10 family members and enjoy a private ride pulled by beautiful draft horses.

Check the event calendar at Oakham Brewery and stay for a drink from their taproom and wood-fire pizza by Pup's.
Once there's snow we'll be headed back to Brookfield for our sled dog adventure with Drift Away Adventures. Meanwhile they are also offering mini-musher lessons.

Eggnog Custard
A warm and cozy desert for two...
Ingredients 
1 egg, beaten
1 cup eggnog
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 pinches ground nutmeg
DIRECTIONS 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fill an 8x8 inch baking dish with 1 inch of water. Beat the egg, eggnog, and sugar together in a bowl. Pour into two small baking dishes. Sprinkle tops with nutmeg. Place the baking dishes into the dish with the water. Add more water if necessary to reach halfway up the sides of the baking dishes. Bake in preheated oven until tops are set, 35 to 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
One of our customers was in the other day and let us know that Woodstock Creamery has the best chocolate milk. Turns out they also have maple, coffee, and eggnog... Road Trip! (tell them Ham sent you)
