Dear Friend,
Many of us can’t get to the Maine coast right now, so the team at Maine Coast Heritage Trust is doing our best to bring it to you. I know: there’s no substitute for the real thing. But if you’re like me, you’ll take a dose of the coast wherever you can get it.

The other day, my colleague Ceci Danforth took her iPhone and her pup, Dobbie, out to Woodward Point in Brunswick, near her home. She visited at just the right time on a spectacular spring evening. In the video we put together with footage from her visit, it calms me to see the light filtered down through the trees and the setting sun reflected on the water. I hope it does the same for you.
Woodward Point is just one of the 25 places you helped protect with your gift to MCHT in 2019. Thank you for giving to save places like this, and to ensure people will always be able to get outside and experience the beauty of the Maine coast. We all need that, now more than ever.

We couldn’t do this work without you. Thank you for being part of MCHT!

Sincerely,
Tim Glidden
