It is such a fitting tribute that Gene Stone's passing should occur between World Environment Day
and the anniversary of his greatest environmental accomplishment, where he played a major role in shutting down San Onofre, eight years ago today. A perfect backdrop for this invitation to attend his upcoming Crossing Over Ceremony.
Gene Stone addresses the media on the day Edison
threw in the towel in this 3 minute trailer
for a documentary still in progress.

I received a call this morning from Gene's wife, Joyce, expressing how grateful she was for all who have surrounded her with love and support, making it possible to be with Gene at every moment. The past week has been exhausting for her, so I was asked to handle this special invitation. She reassured me that she will be well rested by the time of the event, but for now she just needs sleep. She also wanted you to know that she feels Gene's presence with her. Even in her times of deepest sorrow, she is often overwhelmed by a flood of wonderful feelings of joy and relief in knowing the suffering is over and that she is far from being alone in her grief. She is happy to be able to fulfill Gene's final request by extending this invitation to you. She also welcomes the stream of good wishes that keep flowing her way, so if inclined to write to her, here is her email.
joycemfournier@gmail.com

She will add them to the treasure trove of kind words and memorable photos that have been shared with her already.

Thank you,
Gary
