COSA in March! In this interactive session, Angelica Castro, M.A., CPC and Molly Keehn, Ed.D. will present a portion of their full-day workshop, “Embracing Joy in Challenging Times.” This mini workshop will include information and experiential activities based on celebrating small successes in order to disrupt the negativity bias in the brain, and celebrating others through micro-affirmations. DETAILS for March 8 HERE.
