To: All clergy, wardens and parish treasurers
Following up on the information we sent out last evening, as of this morning there is a new PPP application now available on the US Treasury website that includes a box for non-profits and is a bit simplified for use. Here is a link to this new (and final) form:

Also, a clarification - PPP loans are unsecured, so they may be applied for without the approval of the Standing Committee, not Diocesan Council as previously stated. Please put it on record with Canon to the Ordinary John Johanssen that you have applied for such loan.
We received word this morning from PNC regarding delays to the CARES Act application process. Here is the information that they sent to us:

PNC is committed to helping our customers and business owners with the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

Currently, like other financial institutions, we are reviewing the additional guidance from the U.S. Treasury and waiting for the final guidelines and details from the Small Business Administration.

We will update our  Paycheck Protection Program website  as soon as we are able to begin the application process.

In the meantime, I wanted to remind you of resources available to help you prepare and consider your options:

Once we are able to move forward with this program we will push an email that will contain the application, but the email needs to go to the person who has borrowing authority. Please let me know if that is not you and provide that person’s name and email address.

Thank you for your patience during what we know is a very challenging time.
You can find all of this information posted on our COVID-19 resource page at http://diosohio.org/doing-church-during-covid19/. Look under Financial Resources. Check this information often, as we are adding new things daily as we receive them.
