This is one of the gifts we are currently receiving - time. Walking the dog, meals together and reading aloud are a few ways to connect with the ones you love during this global crisis.
If you're home alone, it's important to connect with others, so consider using FaceTime, Zoom or another platform - maybe enjoying a virtual cup of tea or meal with them.
End your day with something that makes you smile.
Going to sleep is difficult when you have a million thoughts running through your head all night. Turn off those voices by reading a book about something you've always been interested in or meditating or watching something funny.
It is a chaotic time and allowing yourself to fill up on some positive 'feel goods' before you fall asleep will not only improve your sleep but will help you wake up more refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
Above all, give yourself permission and grace to be OK - even through a crisis as big as coronavirus, where emotions can change from one hour to the next.
Stay safe and lead courageously,
