Don't Just Fly, Soar
Join Us Thursday December 1st 2022
We pride ourselves in developing and delivering evidence and psychology-based programs and resources that help children and youth build a solid foundation of mental health. Help us continue to deliver these programs to communities across Canada by supporting our 18th Annual Breakfast for Champions.
This year the theme is "Don't Just Fly Soar". Our goal is to inspire our guests and supporters with optimism and stories of resilience – we have all been through challenging times these past few years and it is time for us to be optimistic for the future. Join us as we hear from an RBC Olympian, YTV’s Host Spencer (YTV is Canada’s #1 TV station for youth) and leading clinical child psychologist Dr. Rebecca Pillai Riddell.

Don't miss the opportunity to participate and win one of the amazing prizes we will have in our Raffle. Stay tuned for the details!

First-ever Influencer Campaign to launch in Fall
This September we are launching a social media influencer campaign to raise awareness of our Zen Garden App and Resiliency Quiz, just in time for teens to build resilience as they head back to class. Back-to-School, like many transitions, is known to be a very stressful time for teens.
And in light of the pandemic, teens heading to school this fall may be even more anxious about lagging behind academically or reconnecting with their friends. Be sure to follow our Instagram to see and share the campaign posts.
