The CCCAOE Board is thankful for our membership being understanding as the organization works through the pandemic that has become a part of our everyday lives. Due to costs CCCAOE must pay in advance of the conference, we will need to maintain the organization cancellation policy. We are sorry for the inconvenience and the unforeseen circumstances we are all experiencing.
We appreciate you and our District understanding that our organization still has financial obligations to our venue, food, supplies and staff time when preparing for a conference.

Cancellations must be received in writing by 3/1/2020 ten business days prior to the date of the conference. CCCAOE encourages substitutions from within a community college/district. No refunds for no-shows.
