Enter a group of passionate, albeit inexperienced, band of actresses who seize the chance to move from the sidelines to centerstage. Will their performance be a victory on the home front or a disaster of epic proportions? Set here in Wappingers Falls, this charming, hilarious, and heartwarming play celebrates a collaboration and persistence as the show must go on!

Our CP2 Readers Theatre Series brings a text to life through expressive reading, vocal inflection, facial expressions, and subtle body language, all with actors reading from the script, focusing on character interpretation and overall narrative flow, rather than full memorization or elaborate staging.

Join us to learn the techniques needed to actively perform or direct a text with emphasis on character development, active listening, and ensemble focus.
