FEBRUARY 10TH, 2021
“Try new things and discover yourself every single day.”

– Bhavya Choudhary
Today I failed to bring a lunch. This happens on a weekly basis as the leftovers dwindle and my hope to win Food Prepper of the Year fades. A quick text between friends lead me on a path to find something magical. Something I had not been dreaming about, but will now certainly commit my thoughts and attention to...

MOROCCAN CHICKPEA SOUP

The only thing that I failed at, regarding the procurement of the aforementioned soup, was the quantity that I acquired at my time of purchase. I bought one. I should have bought four. Had I known what I know now, I would have asked for the entire pot of soup sparing no cost to make sure I left with every last drop of Moroccan Chickpea deliciousness. If I had the necessary amount of time, I would get back in my car right now and properly rectify my wrong-doings.

So, I tell you all of this as a reminder. TRY NEW THINGS. Try new things everyday! Whether it's the latest vegan soup at Stillwater Coffee Company or the latest innovation you've been dilly-dallying with at your group think tanks, try it.

I cannot guarantee that every strategic attempt or sampling ingested via spoon, will hold the same note of reward as did my first bite of Moroccan Chickpea soup. However, without launching yourself into the unknown, you just might miss out on the most exciting opportunity yet to come, like the most wonderful bowl of Moroccan Chickpea soup!

Be mindful. Find joy. Believe in kindness!
And of course, keep sanitizing!
