We want you to be aware May Supply Company is constantly monitoring the developments regarding the COVID-19 situation. We value the health of our customers, suppliers and employees and are taking steps we feel are prudent to help mitigate the transmission of this virus. MSC has formed a response team to address the health concerns of everyone associated with our company.

We have been following the hygiene measures communicated by the CDC.  This includes requiring all employees who feels ill to stay home, or to go home if their illness develops at work. We encourage medical attention for anyone with flu-like symptoms and to follow their doctor’s advice. We require our employees to wash hands frequently, cover sneezes and coughs. We have increased cleaning and sanitizing areas of the company that are frequented the most by our customers, these specifically include the counter area and showroom area. 
 
Effective Monday, March 23, 2020, MSC Outside Sales Representatives will cease making in-person sales visits to customers. Outside sales representatives will continue to make phone calls, respond to emails, complete job bids/quotes, etc. We will reassess this situation and our decision as we continue to receive updates from the CDC and local officials. 

If there’s any way possible, please call your orders in ahead of time before you arrive at MSC to limit your time and exposure here.
