Between 1/18 – 1/22, please fill out our online lottery form. Anyone submitting a form after 1/22 will not be included in our lottery and will automatically be placed on our wait list.
Due to the new COVID guidelines given by the DOH, DCF, and CDC, we are limited as to how many students we can accept in our before and after school Programs. These guidelines may change prior to the 2021-2022 school year, however until they do, we will follow the current guidelines.
As of now, our transportation (bus) guidelines for after school HAVE NOT been updated and we are very limited as to how many children we can fit per bus. If these guidelines remain the same for the 2021-2022 school year, we will continue to charge a bus fee. The fee per month is dependent on our 2021-2022 enrollment.
Below are some frequently asked questions
How will I be notified if we were selected from the lottery?
Answer: On January 26th, we will hold the lottery for the spaces that are available. If you were selected from the lottery, we will contact you via phone on January 27th. At that time, you will be required to confirm your child’s schedule.
If I am selected from the lottery, what are the next steps?
Answer: You will be required to pick up a registration packet and return to PrimeTime along with the registration fee no later than January 29th. Registration forms WILL NOT be accepted after January 29th.
If I was not selected from the lottery, what are the next steps?
Answer: PrimeTime will hold a separate lottery for your placement on the wait list for those that were NOT selected in the original lottery. We will notify you of your child's placement on the wait list via email. Once you receive your email, please just let us know if you would like your child to stay on the wait list or remove them.
If I am put on the waitlist, when will my child be taken off?
Answer: We can take from our waitlist if the guidelines are lifted which would allow us to take more children OR if families drop from our Program. Please know that we have no way of knowing when that will happen.
