We have received a few enquiries from advertisers about the Mid Wales bedroom browser, as it's the time of year when we'd normally be asking you for artwork.
We have decided not to go ahead with a new edition of the browser for next year, as its been such an uncertain and difficult time for everyone.
In normal circumstances you could expect your advert to be viewed by over 2 million visitors (based on accommodation occupancy of 45%) but as we know, this is unlikely to have been achieved this year. We are also very mindful of financial and other business pressures for all our members at this time.
We've therefore decided to use our existing browsers (pictured above) for another 12 months and hope to help you get the maximum exposure we can from your advertising.
Fortunately our existing browsers are dated 2020/21.
We have been making additional copies available to all our accommodation members to allow for rotation between guests, to adhere to Covid-19 guidelines, and we will continue to do so.
We may go ahead with a reprint of the tear-off map, which will be a much lower cost option next year - this is very popular with both businesses and visitors. We will keep you posted.
