Dear Clients & Friends,
On behalf of Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors, I am pleased to share some exc

news about our firm.
Sarah B. Rogers has been named partner. Since joining the firm's New York office as a senior associate in May 2016, Sarah has played an important role in some of our most important matters.
Sarah is active in many areas of the firm, mentoring colleagues and assisting with firm recruitment. She also serves as a judge of the International Public Policy Forum (IPPF), the high school debate competition jointly sponsored by the Brewer Foundation and New York University.
Prior to joining our firm, Sarah was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and also previously worked in-house for Philip Morris International, managing litigation and regulatory concerns.
Sarah received her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School in 2008 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Dartmouth College in 2005. At Columbia, she served as a staff editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
Our firm also recently announced the hiring of five new attorneys. Derek Musa joined as a senior associate in New York. Associates Katherine Garland and Jessica Huse also joined the New York office, and Erik Jacobson and Christopher Jaynes joined as associates in the Dallas office.
Please join me in congratulating Sarah and the new members of our firm. Thank you for your continued interest in Brewer, Attorneys & Counselors.
Sincerely,
William A. Brewer III
