Thanks to your gifts now and throughout the year, your Tallahassee Senior Center is a very special place for active adults age 50+ to gather, to learn, and to make new friends. Participation in learning, exercising, creating, and playing sports and games brought social connection to more than 3,000 people at the TSC this past year and added quality to their lives.
This past year, the Senior Center brought back normal operations and activity levels. Seniors have returned to fitness, lifelong learning, art, singing, dancing, and other classes with great enthusiasm. We are grateful for your donations that supported 135 different activities each month.
We're encouraged that so many people care enough to make a difference to seniors. As we prepare for the coming year, we look forward to offering on-going and new programs. Your generous support makes our programs possible – because of you seniors are happier, healthier, learning, laughing, and connected to each other at our “cool and happening” Tallahassee Senior Center. There is nothing like being back in person, but we also recognize the comfort some people feel to participate in our virtual opportunities. The important thing is that your gifts have helped seniors keep mentally and physically fit through the programming at the TSC.
