Dear Neighbor,

We just received word from the Santa Clara Planning Department that due to a notification error, the Agrihood project will not be heard at the upcoming Planning Commission hearing on July 25.

Instead, the hearing has been rescheduled to August 8. As before, the hearing will take place in council chambers at City Hall, located at 1500 Warburton Avenue. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. but we won’t learn our place on the agenda and the likely time we’ll be heard until a few days before. Once we know more we’ll send a final update to the Agrihood community.

If you haven’t already, we hope you’ll take a look at our website and the project’s 361 homes (181 of which are below-market), 1.7-acre urban farm and open space, and sign up to be a supporter!

If you’d like to write the Planning Commission directly or speak during the hearing email the project manager, Vince Cantore at VCantore@thecorecompanies.com .

Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Sincerely,

The Agrihood Team
