We are offering telehealth visits as an alternative for our patients. A telehealth visit is done through your smart phone or tablet with video and texting capabilities. Please call us to make an appointment at 941-964-2276 and we will be happy to help you setting up this valuable service.
We are also offering COVID-19 antibody testing through Quest Diagnostics. Quest Diagnostics has specific testing requirements, so please call the Clinic’s dedicated testing line at 941-964-0490 for more information and to set up an appointment. Once we receive your test results a Clinic physician will contact you to discuss the results.
