Greetings UW-Parkside Students,

On behalf of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs (OMSA), we hope you are doing extremely well and healthy during this time of uncertainty. Our office’s mission is to connect , empower , and develop the campus community for success . We encourage you to follow the guidance provided by the Governor and health officials, practice social distancing, and stay engaged academically. The academic experience will not be the same as it has been, but it will remain a part of your journey.
As we continue to navigate this semester and being aware of the challenges COVID-19 presents, shifting your paradigm is essential to your mental and physical health. Instead of feeling as if you are constrained to your residence and with businesses closing/limiting services, be optimistic. Believe the essential places remain open and accessible and you will be able to get the items you need and continue moving forward in these difficult times. Remember, you are safer at home and hopefully those you care about (family, loved ones, friends, others) are safe and healthy as well. We are all adapting, and we are all in this together.
OMSA will continue to reach out and ask that you remain engaged as a UW-Parkside student, a leader in our community, and a member of the OMSA family.
