Thankful for Our Heroes!
November is a time to reflect, give thanks, and honor those who serve. This month, we celebrated two groups who help strengthen our country: our veterans and our election workers.
Through the Vote in Honor of a Veteran program, we honor our country’s service members, both past and present, and share their inspiring stories of their sacrifices protecting our rights – including the right to vote. By highlighting veterans’ experiences, we not only honor their service, but also inspire our community to participate in elections. This program continues to be a meaningful way to connect younger generations with the importance of voting and help them learn about the real people behind the freedoms we have as Americans. We are also grateful for our election workers, the dedicated community members who help us conduct secure, transparent, and accurate elections. We could not deliver such excellent elections without their help. As we prepare for the 2026 Election Cycle, we look forward to welcoming back returning workers and inviting new residents to join our Elections Team!
