Our 2024 year-end video is one of impact, hope and optimism, and we’re ready to keep the momentum through 2025. Your donation will go directly toward addressing key priorities, including:

Supportive services: Supportive services unlock new possibilities for our tenants, such as jobs and volunteer opportunities, returning to college, addressing long-standing health challenges, maintaining sobriety, reconnecting with family … the list goes on!

Preservation: One in three ACOF buildings is a hundred years old, or older! If you’ve ever rented or owned a centenarian building, you’ll know that property maintenance and remodels are expensive but necessary to ensure that the buildings can continue to provide affordable homes for another 100 years.

Building more homes: We’re building in five counties across Southern California to meet the homelessness crisis with practical action. This winter we’ll open three new buildings, and by this time next year I’ll be writing to you to celebrate that almost 500 new households will have moved into an ACOF home.
I know I’m not alone in my convictions that housing is a human right. I know that a better future is possible with your support. Your donation to ACOF today – online, by check, or paid from your DAF or IRA for additional tax benefits – makes it possible to continue our transformative mission through 2025 and beyond.
