Dearest Church Family,
We had an incredible Palm Sunday! Worship was full, we paraded around with our Palm branches, we hunted for eggs, and had a delicious potluck. Thank you to everyone who brought dishes to share and to everyone who made the fun possible.
Tomorrow, Thursday, at 5:30 in Fellowship Hall, we will observe Holy Thursday and Good Friday. We'll start with a short drama, share communion, and then enjoy a simple meal together. After that, we will shift gears and head to the cross in a brief Tennebre service. I pray that it will be a meaningful time for us all.
Sunday is Easter, when we celebrate the Risen Christ. Service will be at 10:00 am as usual. You are invited to bring cut flowers to add to our Flower Cross outside the Sanctuary. It makes for great photos.
All of our midweek activities will take a break the week after Easter.
