Not many organizations can say they've made it to 100 years, and to celebrate, JA of the Space Coast had a particularly profound year!
Although we are the second-smallest JA in the county, we were ranked #7 of 107 JA offices for our 22% increase in student reach in 2018-19.
Thanks to volunteers and investors like you, and at no cost to schools, we reached 13,149 students with programs on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workforce development to give students the tools and inspiration to own their own futures.
With a sharp focus on local relevancy, JA is an active player in developing Brevard's future workforce, increasing financial literacy for high school students, and meeting early grade literacy standards. Our programs encourage creativity, innovation, collaboration, self-direction, and communication. We're working to working to create a new generation who can think critically and analytically, and has the cultural agility necessary to compete in the global economy. JA embeds these core competencies into everything we do.
