TRON SR REVIEW

This is a independent review not affiliated with Tron

I have undertaken a review of most of the Super Representative’s (SR’s) running for SR positions, I find the entire process daunting and don’t really know about the companies I am voting for. I therefore have researched most of them trying to provide some insight so that other community members can make informed decisions on the candidates.

During this process I reached out to some of the companies directly to find out what percentage they were giving back in Community Awards to the Tron community. Most of this falls under Tron SR Guidelines No 3 Social Media and No. 4 Annual Community Awards plan.

It is not my intention to review or rate the scoring systems Tron SR has set in place they have done an exhaustive work by setting up metrics and getting a quantitative score as to guide Tron community members and that is a lot of work and I do not have their indepth knowledge of each SR’s contribution or the technical skill or investment capital they may have to comment on that.

I do however want to hear back from members on

1) Do you think you can make informed voting decisions before June 26, 2018

a) Yes, fine the daily SR Rankings are sufficient.

b) Overwhelmed and little confused about the process.

c) I did not expect that there would be this additional work as I investment my money into TRX, why should I?

As companies are new and growing in Blockchain I have rated the Super Representative (SR) companies in three categories:

Primary This Super Representative (SR) company is mostly involved with technical work with Developers and IT, these SR’s will have a team or teams of individuals who are going to grow the Tron infrastructure and network out both locally and globally. With these companies it’s not expected that they may have as many meetups or livestreams prioritized as their core mission is to build Tron infrastructure. However by Q4 we should expect it as a voting metric.

Combined This Super Representative (SR) company is made up of individuals who’s team may not have the depth and skill set as the Primary SR’s but are also working on Tron infrastructure and also look to grow Tron locally and globally through Social Media, this SR will also make more attempts to grow technically while hosting more frequent Meetups and Livestreams. Hence they have a better combined mission to meet Tron’s short and long term growth goals.

Social This Super Representative (SR) company is mostly involved in Social Media, at this time they do not have a deep team of developers or IT individuals, their mission early on will be thru Social Media, as they look to build a team of developers and IT personnel, this is not to say they will not have a deep bench of developers working with them in the future, but at this stage its mostly social media.

In the future most SR’s will have large scale combined strengths of IT and development with large scale social media presence. Both senior and junior engineers are needed to maintain these systems as s ecurity and uptime is a s 24-7-365 job. These personnel don’t exist at this time in the quantities needed globally. So, we need to constantly educate, train, and test these skill sets the more we put back into the network, the more we accelerate the increase in the price of TRX. The more we take out of the ecosystem in dividends, the more we stunt the growth of the price of TRX.

That being said it is my belief that Tron Criteria category No. 4. What is the percentage of that will be allocated to Community Awards Plan, some of the SR’s are not setup for this and some may be donating all to the community and some have not finalized their awards plan but at the end of the day we are going to want to see what the percentage is if they are going to earn our votes. The worst vote is for any SR that has not made a commitment (in writing) to either reinvest into the network or dividend payback to the voters. If it is not in writing, then you must assume, they are motivated by the extraction of profit, which does nothing for the value of your TRX.

So all Super Representative Candidates should update their Tronscan.org profile to edit Tron Criteria No. 3 and No. 4 so we have better understanding of their short term goals. I have a link at bottom to do so.

Review criteria: I look at both the Primary and Social Media components as the metric to make this review, Voters and Tron community members who are not developers can use this to get a brief glimpse of these SR candidate companies to.

I am making the assumption that all Super Representative’s (SR’s) in the USA will have enough transparency just like US Congressman and Representatives, as Tron is seeking Independence that the community of voters needs this information and we expect it to be kept up to date as the earning potential of all SR’s is in the millions so it’s a measure of accountability.

This chart has different scores than the TronSR daily Rankings, my review is on what is actually taking place now in Social Promotion and what is the percentage of Community Awards. I also am also ranking their websites in regards to being user friendly and languages they are formatted in.

Reviews: Voting Handbook

I have only profiled 15 companies if voters would like me to profile more I will. I look at this as a list you can always refer back to and I will update but as we vote daily having information will be helpful for the long term Tron Hodlers.

MDT-Combined-Measureable Data Token (MDT) Like Infinity Stone or GSC, these guys have an innate understanding and a unique place denominating the value of data I think many people are going to be interested in how they grow. They know all to well how companies like FB take and sell your data they want to tokenize your data in the future so some of that value comes back to you. MDT is supported by over 100 media groups and has hosted four meetup groups it’s a strong recommendation that we keep a company like this elected as a Super Representative for TRON.

Cryptogirls- Combined - Cryptyogirls is a Romanian SR who has both experience in development and running blockchain meetup groups. To me they set the standard for a small company with an active website, They are engaged in hosting meetups and getting the word out in their region of the globe, even doing one this week. I also am impressed by the depth of their staff with over 6 years of experience in application, mobile and enterprise development. They also have a decent Rewards Distribution plan. Bitcoingod- Combined-Bitcoingod doesn’t really need an introduction as a company steeped with developers, connected with over 50 exchanges and 25 wallets, their fundamental mission is an altruistic one almost all money is being poured back into charities. I like their website I think these guys will do well in growing the Tron infrastructure on a global scale but more importantly a SR who is giving back to the world from the proceeds of blockchain growth can teach a lot to to other investors and blockchain companies.

GSC- Combined - Its kind of hard to kick the 65lb Gorilla in the foot or as another way to put it “how do you look a gift horse in the mouth” and tell it its need to improve? You do it gently! GSC has millions of Social Media followers is Asia, Justin was very smart in securing this relationship, simply put GSC thesis is “ The social network is a natural source applied to the centralized block chain technology. GSC's vision is to utilize the block chain technology to restructure the values of the next generation of social networking platforms and let the security of the private data and the digital assets become individual.

GSC has the best website of all SR’s this is to be expected. However, GSC needs to show the Tron community how it intends to promote Tron will there be any meetups or livestreams setup by the Social Media giant. We also want to know what is their community rewards plan? As I said at the beginning how do you kick a 65lb Gorilla in the foot?...you do it gently! In the end all SR’s should be voted by the same criteria lets see how GSC does it!

DAG- Primary -DAG (Digital Assets Group), is a heavy set of individuals / company registered in BVI (British Virgin Islands), specializing in blockchain digital asset business. It has a number of subsidiaries and foundations. It owns digital assets. Btcfoo, world-class Etherum Fog, chainshome, tokenshome and mine pool. When I made criteria for the Primary SR’s it was because most of these guys are developers are working on primary projects and may not have as much social media time. That being said I have reached out to DAG to ask about Community Rewards Plan, hopefully they will update the TronSR page and let us as a community know if they are holding any livestreams or meetups down the road.

Team Tronics-Combined- Team Tronics will likely end of being one the largest SR’s, in the west they have assembled a great team of individuals, and have a large mission including development and starting University to teaching coding classes as they are in significant demand. They have a very elaborate Reward Allocation plan as well as are active in social media feeds. Like other websites they need to format language for Chinese, to their credit they are translating weekly reports into several languages. No meetups or livestreams scheduled on website yet.

Dreams for Tron-Combined-Rated by Tron as No. 1 in June 11, 2018 Tron ratings. It appears the lead female is in broadcasting in Asia, my assumption is that they have a big enough footprint in Asia to get the word out thru both media, social media, meetups and livestreams. The team is small but has a capable group of individual developers. Like most SR’s I recommend they get multiple language formats on their website and look forward to their updates. Community Rewards

Tron-Europe-Combined-Tron Europe is a group of heavy weight developer and IT specialists who seek to build a European structure to support the Tron network throughout Europe in the next three years, one of the example the goals is to establish Tron as a European payment method. They understand if a SR can’t put in writing what they plan to put reinvest TRX block rewards back into the network to accelerate the value of Trx, as fast as possible. Tron-Europe endorses putting more money back into Tron network as to do otherwise is to be motivated by purely by profit.

Next Genius-Primary-Is rated very high on TronSR ranking, they are a bridge between group of entrepreneurs, that bridges Entrepreneurs, Crowdfunding and Investors and is looking to do it on blockchain. I cannot find very much about them they do have a website but it does not have a About Us page. Because of their 14.3 rating on TronSR I recommend a vote but they need to update their website and inform community what their Reward Plan is and let us know when they are scheduling livestreams and meetups.

Infinity Stone-Primary Infinity Stones is involved in developing blockchain security for cyber attacks on information passing thru the nodes on Tron network. Infinty Stones has assembled a strong technology team of Ph.Ds and Faculties with world class academic tracking record and leading industry experience. By leveraging these relationships and tracking records, the Infinity Stones can help expand TRON’s influence in the academic community and industry through the following ways. Host a series of seminars and workshops in world renowned research institutes as well as industrial meetings. It is a way of marketing TRON to both academia and major enterprises.

Infinity Stones hosted a livestream on May 21, 2018, because of the depth of their academic research and relationships and although we would like to see a meetup or more livestreams in they should be in the top 10 of SR voters.

Node Capital-Primary-Node Capital is a venture capital company focusing on blockchain industry. It is also one of the world’s earliest professional investment institutions of blockchain industry layouts. They have significant existing relationships with other blockchain companies like Jinse, Chainup, Fortuna, Genaro Network

Cryptoguyinza-Social- We have to give it up to the one guy in Africa who wants to be a SR, although bootstrapped and doing this on his own he’s already made a great Youtube video of how SR’s can register on TRONSR and get their company profile up and data like Community Reward Plans. I have no doubt that a guy like this will get a livestream going soon as well as a local meetup, then maybe he can tell us what kind of beer they drink down there. He is looking at contributing 70% back to Tron Community.

34rth-Primary- 34rth is a group of solid developers who’s theme is decentralize and that they have containerized the Tron super-node or Heroku cloud application platform. 34rth will be rolling out the community plan with reward plan, currently its at 25% something I think this SR group should get up this up. Also planned is to roll out video posts, they hosted a Meetup on May 21, 2018 but there were no twitter posts we hope it was successful. We look forward to seeing and hearing about 34rth Meetups groups and livestreams.

Antpool-Primary, Antpool used to be one of the largest blockchain mining companies, both founders have senior experience with mining technology, blockchain technology, cryptography and cryptocurrency. They look to support TRON-based third-party DAPP projects, including but not limited to direct investment promotion of offline activity resources and support for computing resources. We look forward to see what Antpool’s Community Reward plan looks like.

Summary

Almost all SR’s are going to have to make the effort to get their websites readable in multiple languages the basic level would be both Chinese and English, the next level would be to follow Tron all weekly report languages. Since all the SR’s are made up of developers this should be a task that could be done in the next 90 days or 120 days.

Also all SR Candidates should update their profile page on Tronscan.org so the voter community can see all information, website address, twitter urls, and the No. 3 Social Media and No. 4 Community Reward Plan.

I have also written Tron on the Tronscan.org board because I have found inconsistencies with what is being reported on the TRONSR Rankings as some of the SR’s do not have complete information on the TRON SR page, so when you are voting the names on the Daily Tron Rankings may not line up with the voting names on the Tronscan.org, my guess is this will be fixed in the next few days.

I believe that in the next 10 days we can get this cleaned up, I also recognize some of you have started voting, hopefully this will be a claxon alert to get all SR’s to update their pages ASAP prior to June 26 election. As voters you should look in the future to have up to 70 or more different SR’s who will rotate in and out and using Tron Criteria voters can evaluate what each SR is doing in the coming months, my goal is to give brief profile’s and updates so you can make better decisions with your votes Note, I do hold Trx as investment I can’t imagine why you would want anyone else as we all look to grow TRON’s footprint across the globe.
