Hotline and Emergency Log
In Q1 2018, CCL received no complaints for litter, noise, or fugitive dust. However, CCL did receive 2 complaints related to odor in Q1. Neither of these complaints resulted in a Notice of Violation by the South Coast Air Quality Management District or any other agency. Neither odor complaint was attributed to landfill operation, and neither required corrective action to avoid a reoccurrence.

The complete complaint log for Q1 2018 is posted on CCL’s website at:
Summary of Progress and/or Annual Reports
During Q1 2018, CCL worked on preparation of their 2017 Annual Compliance Report, which is due on July 1 and will be available to the public at that time.
