Honoring Dr. Mortel's Legacy

Earlier this month, we celebrated our founder's birthday, Dr. Rodrigue Mortel, as well as the 25th anniversary of our primary school, Les Bons Samaritains (LBS).

Dr. Mortel sparked hope in Haiti when he believed that every child deserves dignity, opportunity, and encouragement. His legacy of hope lives on in the 1,300 students who've walked through the LBS school doors.

Penn State Cancer Institute recently honored Dr. Mortel's legacy with the installation of a portrait that tells a story of vision and service.
