Major IRA Announcement by US Treasury and IRS
Proposed Guidance on Elective Pay (Direct Pay) under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) has been issued by US Treasury and IRS. Elective Pay will help nonprofits, states, local governments, and other eligible entities access solar, storage, and wind tax credits. The proposed elective pay regulations can be found hereand transferability here. In addition to the Treasury press release, you can find FAQs and fact sheets that outline key information. You can also find helpful information on CleanEnergy.gov/directpay.
Rebate Survey
The City of Ann Arbor is designing rebates for sustainability related measures in commercial and multifamily buildings located in Ann Arbor, and they need your input! Take this survey to help inform their rebate design.
The deadline to complete this survey is July 7th.

All commercial and multifamily parcels with buildings totaling 50,000 SF or more are required to benchmark by June 1, 2023.
