Partner
Will Kim is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Tax Practice Group, advising private equity sponsors, businesses, and entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, financing, governance, and company formations. He has worked with clients across various industries, including technology, healthcare, telecommunications, construction, franchising, retail, and hospitality.
With extensive experience in corporate law, Will provides strategic legal guidance, drafts and negotiates complex agreements, and helps clients navigate legal and governance challenges. Previously, he served as General Counsel for a multinational technology corporation, where he built the legal department and advised executives on business operations, acquisitions, compliance, and corporate strategy.
Beyond his legal career, Will is active in civic and community organizations, having served on the Board of Directors for the Korean American League for Civic Action (KALCA) and as Action Council Co-Chair for the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF).

Exercising does so much good for your body and mind. It helps keep your weight down, boosts your heart health, reduces your risk for many chronic diseases and improves your mood. But as with many things in life, you can have too much of this good thing.

4-Park Itinerary for Universal Orlando Resort
Every time I go on a trip with someone or have a friend visit me for a few days, I create a shared note in my phone and list all the places we should visit, restaurants we should try, activities we should do, and sights we should see. At the bottom of each of these notes is a section I always title “Loose Schedule.” But today, I have a confession to make: there has never been anything loose about the schedule. It’s an itinerary in sheep’s clothing and I won’t be apologizing for that. (Yes, I’m a Virgo and eldest daughter, why do you ask?)

Paolo Banchero Named Eastern Conference Player of the Week
ORLANDO - The NBA has announced that Orlando Magic forward Paolo Banchero has been named the NBA’s Eastern Conference Player of the Week for the period ending Mar. 30, 2025. It marks the second time that Banchero has won the league’s top weekly honor during his career (also won it for the period ending Nov. 26, 2023).
