About the TCGi Foundation: TCGi Foundation, Connecting Black Girls to Opportunities in Technology

The TCGi Foundation provides scholarships for Black women pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in Computing and Information Science.

It also offers opportunities for corporations and individuals to get involved with a job shadowing program for Black girls and women in tech through our Resident Scholars program. 

The Foundation is also partnering with a company that can provide upskilling classes to women who want to work in tech but need Java, Python or other coding skills. They will be trained in 8-week pods for specific job openings.

The American Dream Academy is a new tuition-free, six-month online program. Our mission is to help you gain the skills needed to pursue a great job or continue your education. We will support you every step of the way. 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEARNERS WHO:
-Are dedicated to continuing your education or advancing your career.
-Are committed to spending approximately five to ten hours a week for the six-month program.
-Are 18 or older, a resident of the United States, and have a valid, government-issued ID.
-Have a high school diploma or equivalent and are English-language proficient.
