Patrick Kauffman, MBA


Patrick Kauffman, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Program Manager at Ameris Bank Equipment Finance, formerly Balboa Capital. With a strong background in business development and intermediary relations, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Ameris' footprint in small business financing across various industries, including automotive and specialty equipment sectors. Patrick previously held positions with Commercial Funding Partners, Lendio, Onset Financial, and Tetra Financial Group.

Scott Stone


Scott Stone is a seasoned equipment finance professional with over 13 years of experience helping businesses secure the funding they need to grow. As a Senior Account Manager at Avtech Capital, Scott partners with brokers, vendors, and third-party originators to deliver seamless and customized commercial financing solutions. Known for his ability to craft straightforward, and often creative, funding structures, he works across all credit profiles to ensure clients have access to the capital required to move their businesses forward. With a background that includes leadership roles at Tetra Financial and experience in both finance and insurance, Scott brings a well-rounded understanding of credit, sales, and relationship management. He holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Mount Royal University and is based in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area.

Kit West


Kit West is Vice President of Broker Relations at 360 Equipment Finance, bringing over two decades of diverse business experience and a proven track record of building strong relationships, driving growth, and elevating others. Prior to joining 360 Equipment Finance, he spent almost six years as Business Development Director with C.H. Brown Co., LLC, where he expanded a nationwide network of broker partners within the equipment finance industry. In addition to his industry work, Kit has served as a mentor with Torch, guiding business owners and startups by translating real-world experience into practical insight. His background also includes roles in account management and consulting with The Fence Post, as well as ownership of Kit West Motors LLC, a community-focused truck dealership. Deeply committed to economic development, Kit serves as President and Board Member of the Platte County Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers Industry Advisory Council, where he contributes to the advancement of the commercial finance community.
