Your dedication and generosity shine brightly, inspiring not only myself but also the young lives you touch. Every moment you spend, every lesson you share, and every smile you bring makes a world of difference for our kids.

Your kindness teaches them invaluable life lessons, showing them what it means to give from the heart.

The past few months have been filled with truly unforgettable moments, thanks to the dedication and passion of our incredible mentors. One major highlight was our once-in-a-lifetime field trip to Space Explorers: The Infinite, an immersive virtual reality experience that transported mentors and mentees alike to the International Space Station.

This remarkable event allowed our participants to bond in a way that was both awe-inspiring and deeply educational. The journey left a lasting impact, not just as an exciting adventure but as a heartfelt thank you to our mentors for their unwavering commitment to our youth.

Our mentors also took center stage during AACY's Family Game Night, where five of us formed a team and showcased teamwork, problem-solving, and enthusiasm. The Mighty Mentors earned a well-deserved third place, proving that mentoring is not only about guiding but also about fostering fun, joy, and lasting friendships. The event served as a powerful reminder of the rewarding experience mentoring offers to both the mentors and the youth they support.

This year's AACY Summer Picnic was an unforgettable day, made even more special by the incredible support of volunteers from The Breakers and a few of our dedicated mentors. Kids and their families enjoyed a day full of fun, featuring a bounce house, snow cones, cotton candy, delicious food, and exciting games. It was heartwarming to see our volunteers having just as much fun as the families, sharing in the joy and laughter throughout the day. Their energy and enthusiasm truly made the picnic an extra special event for everyone involved.

We were incredibly grateful to have an energetic team from The Breakers step in to assist with our office maintenance and clean-up. A crew of hardworking individuals tackled our "honey-do" list with enthusiasm and dedication, helping us get everything in order. Their support made a huge difference, and we truly appreciate their efforts in keeping things running smoothly.

Internship Success: Stu, one of our dedicated mentors, helped secure a prestigious Boca West Country Club internship for his mentee, Fredy—an amazing opportunity that will impact his future. This opportunity will set him on his path to being a professional chef. 

Career Exploration Police Department: Lindsay, one of our mentors, took the initiative when her mentee expressed interest in law enforcement. She arranged an all-day tour of the Boynton Beach Police Department, creating an inspiring and informative experience.

Beyond these events, our mentors continue to share incredible experiences with their mentees—whether it's taking part in exciting field trips or helping improve grades.

They are there every step of the way, creating lasting memories and helping our AACY youth thrive.

Join us for the AACY Community Caregivers Awards Brunch on November 18th at the Broken Sound Club, Boca Raton! Co-Chairs Maria Levix & Althea Largie Ceasor invite you to this uplifting event honoring those who give back to our community.

Proceeds will directly benefit AACY’s programs, offering Caregiving Youth stronger support systems and educational and respite opportunities.
