18th Annual AADE Mid-Continent Sporting Clays Tournament
Date:  Friday, Mar 23, 2018
Time:  9am or 1pm flight
Cost:  $750/team of 4 (see below)
Location:      Quail Ridge Sporting Clays

Registration deadline is Friday, Mar 16, 2018 for the 18th Annual AADE Mid-Continent Sporting Clay Tournament.

  • 4 Man teams
  • Tournament will be a 100 round main event. Participants are responsible for their own shells. 
  • Tournament is limited to the first 30 teams in the morning and 30 teams in the afternoon. 
  • Lunch and door prizes will be held after the morning round. 
  • One member of each team will win a gift card to Bass Pro Shops.

A Class - $750
Includes (1) 4 Man Team**

AA Class - $1,000
Includes (1) 4 Man Team, (1) Cart and (1) Station Sponsorship

Master Class - $1,750
Includes (2) 4 Man Teams, (2) Carts, (1) Station Sponsorship and (2) Mulligan Stations

Mulligans - $10 per person (5 Targets)

**Carts are not included in the A Class Registration. Carts can be reserved for $50 per cart for the first 30 teams. Carts can not be guaranteed with late registration. 

  • Tournament will be a 100 round main event. Participants are responsible for their own shells.
  • Lewis Class Scoring
  • Shells should be 7 1/2, 8 or 9 shot size. 
  • Lunch and prizes will be at conclusion of morning shooting event.

Company sign at the game station.

Rifle Sponsor - $1,000
Company name listed on a sponsorship sign with the selected gun as well as a course sponsor sign.

Shotgun Sponsor - $1,500
Company name listed on a sponsorship sign with the selected gun as well as a course sponsor sign.

Station Sponsorship - $250
The station sponsor signs with company logos will be provided by the tournament and are not only a way to be recognized as a sponsor of the event, but also a great way for your business to advertise.

Annual AADE Mid-Continent Bass Tournament
Date:  Fri, Apr 06 thru Sat, Apr 7, 2018
Time:  Two day event
Cost:  $350 per 2 man team

  • Fishing start time - Sat, Apr 07 07:00
  • Weigh in - Sat, Apr 07 15:00 @ Catfish Bay Pavilion Complex

Boats may be used that are 12 feet or longer. Contestants may not change boats during tournament hours.

A team is not permitted to approach nearer than 50 yards to any other boat which is tied or anchored unless permission has been granted.

A liability release will be signed at registration.

OSU Student Section Golf Tournament
Date:  Fri, Apr 13, 2018
Time:  8:00 AM Registration, 9:00 AM Tee Time
Cost:  $300 per 3 man team (4th will be OSU student)
Location:   Cimarron Trails Golf Club - Perkins, OK
RSVP:   Registration

This is an industry wide event for all ages and affiliations. The format will be a four man scramble. We ask that you only fill your team with three players so we can arrange for the fourth player to be an OSU student.

Please show your support of the OSU AADE Student Section, the future of the oil & gas industry!

The Oklahoma State University AADE Student Section is sponsored by the Mid-Continent Chapter of the American Association of Drilling Engineers to provide knowledge of the theory and practice of all aspects of drilling engineering. The section is open to student members with any interest in the Oil & Gas Industry. The proceeds of this fundraiser all the section the opportunity to continue enhancing their knowledge of today's drilling practices by guest speakers, field trips and networking opportunities.
