Can you or your company help sponsor the 2024 AADE Texoma Oilman’s Bass Tournament?
The success of the tournament is a direct result of sponsor participation.
Sponsorship Levels
Rod Sponsor $1500 – Entitles a company or individual’s name/logo to be embossed on fishing rods to be given away as door and top finisher place prizes. Also includes logo displayed on the front of the tournament shirts and video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday.
Raffle Sponsor $1500 - Entitles a company’s or individual’s name to be displayed on the front of the tournament shirts, mentioned at the time of the raffle drawing Thursday evening, and displayed on the video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday.
Cap Sponsor $1000 - Entitles a company’s or individual’s name to be displayed on the tournament caps to be distributed to all tournament participants, on the back of the tournament shirt, and displayed on the video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday. Cap sponsorship deadline is Friday February 16th, 2024.
Shirt Front Sponsor $1000 - Entitles a company’s or individual’s logo to be on the front of the tournament shirt and displayed on the video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday. Shirt sponsorship participation deadline is March 8th, 2024, to insure on time receipt of the shirts.
Shirt Sleeve Sponsor $750 - Entitles a company’s or individual’s logo on one sleeve of the tournament shirts, and displayed on video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday. Shirt sponsorship participation deadline is March 8th, 2024, to insure on time receipt of the shirts.
Shirt Back Sponsor $400 - Entitles a company’s or individual’s logo to be displayed on the back of the tournament shirt and displayed on video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday.
Shirt sponsorship participation deadline is Friday March 8th, 2024, to insure on time receipt of the shirts.
General Sponsor $200 – Entitles a company’s or individual’s logo to be displayed on the video sponsor board during check-in and supper Thursday evening and at weigh-in Friday.
Drink Sponsor - Iced drinks to be provided in coolers for the Thursday evening meal and then Friday at weigh-in. The donor’s name/logo may be displayed on the coolers and the name and company will be announced Thursday evening and their logo included on the video sponsor board.
Door Prizes - Door prizes are presented to participants on a drawn basis. The donor’s name and company name are announced at the time of the drawing. Please let us know how many you plan to bring. Door prizes may be brought to registration prior to 5 pm on Thursday April 18th and need to have a sponsor’s business card attached for identification at the time of the drawing.
Ditty Bags - Ditty bags are given to all tournament participants and are an excellent way to represent your product and/or company’s name via branded giveaway items. For the number needed please call 405-615-8880. Ditty bag items must be received by Friday April 12th, 2024, and will not be accepted at the tournament.
