OU AADE Sporting Clays Tournament

The OU AADE Student Section will host a Sporting Clay Tournament on September 28th at Quail Ridge Sporting Clays. The proceeds from the event will help cover general meeting expenses, field trips and section shirt expenses. This is an industry-wide event for all ages and affiliations. 
 
$500 per team (3 industry team members & an assigned OU AADE student)
$5 Mulligans (Limit 2 per person)
$100 Station Sponsorship
$250 Student Shell Sponsorship

• Each team will consist of 3 industry team members and the committee will assign an OU AADE student member to participate as a fourth shooter. Golf cart will be included in fee.
• Tournament is limited to the first 40 teams
Fin, Feather Fur Food Festival (F5)

The Mid-Continent Chapter of the AADE is pleased to announce the 3rd Annual Fin, Feather, Fur Food Festival (F5) to take place in Oklahoma City on October 19th, 2018 located at the Heritage Place Event Center in OKC. The festivities will be from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. 

This unique cook-off competition gives cooking teams a chance to show off their culinary skills and enjoy an evening with the Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Community. The F5 event is hosted by other AADE Chapters including Houston, Dallas, Denver, and New Orleans.  Proceeds from the event will go to the MidCon AADE Scholarship fund.  

What happens at an F5 event? The F5 is open to both service company vendors and operators that will cook food to be sampled by those in attendance. Each cook team will be competing against each other. Guest judges will sample and judge each entry and select a winner for the best food and the attendees will select a fan favorite. 
*Adult Beverages will be served by the facility.
Admission Ticket includes: entry to facility, unlimited food samples and two beverage tickets.
*Note - No actual tickets will be mailed. Your name will be placed on a list at the check-in door. 
**Cook Teams/Sponsorships include varied quantities of admission tickets, see below.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP $1500 - 1 cook team, 15 tickets to the event, company name / logo on event wrist bands, company recognition on PowerPoint display during the event. 

NETWORKING SPONSORSHIP $1000 - 1 cook team, 10 tickets to the event, company name / logo on drink tickets,  company recognition on PowerPoint display during the event. 

TEAM SPONSORSHIP $550 - 1 cook team – 10 tickets to the event, company recognition on PowerPoint during the event.

GENERAL SPONSORSHIP $350 - 10 tickets to the event, company recognition on PowerPoint display during the event. 

TROPHY SPONSORSHIP $300 - 5 tickets to the event, company recognition on PowerPoint display during the event and company name included on the team trophy's presented.

5F Event Details:

Event hours 4:30 – 9 PM

Food will be prepared outside and brought inside the arena for sampling
Guest judges will sample all dishes. Judges will decide winners for 1st, 2nd and 3rd with a fan favorite award that will be voted on by the attendees.

Judging will take place at 4:00 so the teams will be able to ensure food is hot and answer any questions for the judges before the crowds arrive.

Teams are encouraged to pick a theme and decorate their 10 X 10 space but standard signage will be provided for each booth. Please send a high resolution logo to  geree.wald@plasterandwald.com  for your sign. 

Sponsorships include tickets but additional tickets can be purchased prior to the event and at the door for $25 each. Ticket provides food samples, beverage tickets and networking.

We want to thank Rohan D’souza and NOV Downhole for presenting on their new downhole adjustable motor. Very interesting topic and new technology.

Congratulations again to the 2018-2019 scholarship recipients. A few of the recipients were in attendance at the August networking reception and were recognized on their achievement.
