Be sure to register your booth representatives by August 12. This is so that we can create name badges and for a headcount for meals. After August 12th, any changes for name badges must be made on-site at the exhibitor registration desk and will incur additional charges. If you are the booth/tradeshow contact and you will be attending the conference, you must also register yourself as a booth worker in order to have a name badge. Be sure to review the Exhibitor Agendaonline so that you are familiar with what times you need to be at your booth. Exhibitor set up is Wednesday, September 7 from 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
