Kirk Players Presents Red Herring
|
|
Kirk Players is thrilled to open their 53
rd
season with the powerfully funny, drippingly romantic, mysteriously explosive
Red Herring
by Michael Hollinger.
The show opens Friday, October 12 at the Mundelein High Theatre at 7:30pm with matinees at 2pm on Saturday, October 13 and Sunday, October 14 and another evening performance on Saturday, October 13 @ 7:30pm.
Three love stories, a murder mystery and a nuclear espionage plot converge in this noir comedy about marriage and other explosive devices. It’s 1952 and America is on the verge of the H-Bomb, Dwight Eisenhower is on the campaign trail, and I Love Lucy is on TV on Monday nights.
A cleverly written story, entwined with farcical humor, mistaken identity and who-dun-it style mystery that will keep the audience guessing and laughing!
