Spring is here and that brings our officer election season. If you missed the introductions to our wonderful candidates, here is a LINK to that newsletter for your review.

The election will be held at the beginning of our Zoom monthly meeting on Saturday, April 10 from 11 AM to 12:30. Register HERE to join us.

We are making a special effort to attract new members to this session. By signing up as a new member after our Zoom event, people will save 50% on national dues and the Tucson branch will get up to 3 free national memberships to gift to interested people experiencing financial challenges.

We will also hear about the results of our March Madness contest and the latest news on Start Smart sessions at the University of Arizona.

Suzanne McFarlin, PCC, BCC to speak on the PERMA Model of Well Being -- Moving Forward with Positive Intention

The PERMA Model of Well Being was developed by Dr. Martin Seligman at Penn State. This model promotes a positive approach to identifying those things we have most control over to help with balance and stress management. This model has been used effectively across generations. It is particularly impactful on busy women, whether you are a working woman or a grandmother! 
 
Suzanne of Step Up Leaders is a professional certified and board-certified coach, specializing in executive and leadership coaching. Suzanne studied coaching and became a certified coach with Dr. Martha Beck, best-selling author, speaker, coach, and columnist for O Magazine. She has been certified by several well-known coach training organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Michigan. At the University of Arizona, she is a Professional Leadership Coach.
