Tracking Centers of Influence at the Bank

Today, we would like to address an essential aspect of our operations: Centers of Influence (COIs) and the valuable referrals they bring to our organization. In short, COIs are esteemed professionals within our community who maintain regular interactions with our target audience. In certain instances, they connect us with prospective clients and offer official referrals. They not only bring us new business opportunities but also hold a genuine affinity for Androscoggin Bank, appreciating our values and principles.

 

Our primary objective is to ensure the comprehensive tracking of COI activities. This will enable us to foster and strengthen our relationships with them, while also acknowledging and rewarding them for the positive influence they extend.

 

In recent weeks, we have undertaken efforts to retroactively track COI referrals from the past year. While we have made significant strides, we have also encountered instances where this information was not formally recorded.

 

To streamline this process and enhance efficiency, we are introducing a standardized procedure, outlined in the attached document below. If you know of any COIs that should be tracked, please promptly share their details with us using the other button found below.

Tracking Our B Corp Impact

In tandem with our ongoing efforts to track Centers of Influence (COIs), we are excited to introduce another initiative that aims to monitor another vital trend: clients who choose to bank with us due to our B Corp standing. Our B Corp standing is integral to our overarching brand, mission, vision, and values, and it is essential for us to identify and acknowledge clients who share these same sentiments.


Our newly created tracking system encompasses both personal and commercial clients, as well as our Empowering Partners, COIs, and organizations we support through donations. Additionally, we will document any insight that sheds light on why they are drawn to our B Corp status and the positive impact we make on society and the environment.



We kindly request that you share any client relationships you manage or are aware of that should be included in this tracker. Going forward, please make it a practice to note and forward such cases to the marketing department as they arise, allowing us to maintain an accurate and up-to-date list.
