About the Webinar:
On August 16, 2018, the long-awaited proposed regulations for the Qualified Business Income (QBI) deduction from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) were issued. The QBI deduction provides business owners with an opportunity to save money on their personal tax returns through their ownership in S Corporations, Partnerships, trusts, and other passthrough entities! The proposed regulations clarified the following significant aspects regarding QBI: the mechanics of the deduction, Specified Service or Trade Businesses, aggregation rules and the wages limitation.
